Schedule of classes
Tuesday 6pm – 7.15pm – Adults Level 1
A “slower” pace vinyasa practice focusing on basic asanas, sun salutations and breath work, harmonizing the flow of poses with the breath. Includes body postures, breath work, relaxation, and practice of basic meditation techniques.
Wednesday 5pm – 6pm – Mindful Yoga for Children
This class is fun and age appropriate. Children learn yoga in a playful manner, practicing through yoga games and fun sequences. The Mindfulness aspect of the class emphasizes being present and paying attention in the moment, relaxing through breathing techniques, and concentrating.
Thursday 6pm – 7.15pm – Adults Intermediate
This is a more intense practice of vinyasa sequences, power yoga, faster paced, and a real good workout. Like in every class, it includes practicing breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation.
First SATURDAY of every month 10am – 12 noon – Family Mindful Yoga and Art
This is an opportunity for children to share with their caring adult a fun time practicing yoga together. After the yoga class, it is time to become creative with different
expressions of Art, like crafts, painting, dancing, storytelling, and acting.
